Every Practice Found. Every Consult Booked.
Multi-location orthodontic groups lose new patients in two places: offices that never surface in local search, and calls that reach a voicemail. We fix both, then build the systems that run on top.
What is multi-location orthodontic marketing?
Multi-location orthodontic marketing is the work of making each individual office findable and bookable in its own market, rather than marketing the group as one regional brand. Google ranks every location separately in the local pack, weighing proximity, prominence and relevance for that specific profile, so a group with eight offices is competing in eight local markets at once.
The failure mode is structural rather than creative. The group owns the brand, practice managers own the day to day, and nobody owns profile accuracy, review velocity or after-hours call handling across all of it. Gaazzeebo builds and runs that missing layer, and where the operation needs software that does not exist yet, we build that too.
What we run for you
Where orthodontic groups lose new patients
Three failures, each with a system that fixes it.
Half your offices are invisible
The flagship ranks. The satellite office two towns over does not. Local pack position is decided per profile on completeness, category accuracy, review velocity and proximity, and nobody owns that work across every location.
Local SEO & AI VisibilityThe consultation that rang out
A new-patient call during a chairside appointment is a voicemail. A parent comparing three practices on a Saturday does not leave one. The enquiry your marketing paid for arrives when nobody can pick up.
AI Voice & Chat AgentsNo single view across locations
Scheduling lives in the practice management system, marketing spend in a spreadsheet, and intake in whoever answered. Answering "which office is actually converting consultations" takes a week.
Operations Dashboards & PortalsWe have not built for an orthodontic group yet, so this page carries no case study and no results figures of our own. We are not going to borrow a statistic from another industry and imply it is yours. What transfers is the work itself: per-location search visibility, agents that answer and book, and software that reads across sites. What does not transfer is proof, and we would rather say that than manufacture it.
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or leads. Nobody credibly can. What we commit to is in writing: the work, the timeline, and the reporting.
Questions practice owners ask
Why does a group with several offices still lose local search?
Google ranks each office separately in the local pack, weighing proximity, prominence and relevance for that specific Google Business Profile. A group can be well known regionally and still be invisible in half its markets because those individual profiles have wrong categories, stale hours, thin photos or no recent reviews. The work is per-office and continuous, which is why it usually falls through the gap between a group marketing lead and individual practice managers.
Do patients really use AI to find a practice?
Increasingly. Nearly half of US adults now use AI tools to find or get recommendations for local businesses (BrightLocal, 2026; Yext, 2026). That figure covers local businesses generally rather than orthodontics specifically, and we have no practice-level data of our own, so treat it as a direction rather than a forecast for your market. The practical point is that an assistant summarising "orthodontists near me" reads structured, consistent profile data, and most groups have never checked what it says about them.
What happens to calls the front desk cannot reach?
That is the gap a voice agent closes. A new-patient enquiry arriving during a chairside appointment, at lunch, or after hours reaches a system that answers, qualifies, checks the real calendar and books the consultation, then hands the front desk a booked appointment rather than a voicemail to return. We do not publish a figure for how many of your calls go unanswered, because we have not measured your practice. The audit tells you.
Does this touch patient records or PHI?
No. Nothing we build for the visibility and intake layer stores clinical information. Scheduling integrations pass the minimum needed to hold an appointment slot. If an engagement would require handling protected health information, that is a separate scope with its own controls, agreed in writing before any work starts, and we will tell you plainly if it is outside what we do rather than accept it and improvise.
Do you replace our practice management system?
No. You keep Dolphin, Cloud9, tops or whatever your clinical team already runs. We build the layer around it: visibility that fills the schedule, agents that capture the enquiries it never sees, and reporting that reads across every location. Where an integration is genuinely needed we build it.
What does this cost?
Local SEO and AI search visibility is billed monthly by the number of locations: from $1,900/month for one or two locations and from $4,900/month for three to five, and six or more are quoted individually. Billed monthly, either with a one-time onboarding fee and the freedom to cancel any time, or as a 12-month commitment. A voice or chat agent that answers and books is a fixed-fee build from $6,000, so cost does not scale per practice. An operations dashboard spanning locations starts at $15,000. You own the work you pay for: source code, content, profiles and logins.
