Every Office Found. Every Intake Answered.
Firms lose matters in two places: offices that never surface in local search, and intake calls that reach a voicemail. We fix both, then build the systems that run on top.
What is law firm search visibility?
Law firm search visibility is the work of making each office findable in its own market and for its own practice areas, rather than marketing the firm as one name. Google ranks every location separately in the local pack, weighing proximity, prominence and relevance for that specific profile, so a firm with four offices and six practice areas is competing in a great many local markets at once.
The failure mode is structural rather than creative. The firm owns the brand, office managers own the day to day, and nobody owns profile accuracy, review workflow or after-hours intake across all of it. Gaazzeebo builds and runs that missing layer, and where the firm needs software that does not exist yet, we build that too.
What we run for you
Where firms lose matters
Three failures, each with a system that fixes it.
Your satellite offices do not rank
The main office holds the local pack. The others do not exist in it. Position is decided per profile on category accuracy, completeness, review velocity and proximity, and nobody owns that across every location and practice area.
Local SEO & AI VisibilityThe matter that went to voicemail
Someone with a live legal problem calls three firms. The one that answers gets the consultation. In a 2024 secret-shopper test of US law firms, 67% never replied to an emailed inquiry and 48% could not be reached by phone, even after a message was left (Clio Legal Trends Report, 2024). Evenings, weekends and mid-deposition are exactly when those calls arrive, and an answering service that only takes a message is not answering.
AI Voice & Chat AgentsNo view across offices and practice areas
Intake sits in one system, matters in another, marketing spend in a spreadsheet. Answering "which practice area in which office is actually worth the spend" takes a week of manual work.
Operations Dashboards & PortalsWe have not built for a law firm yet, so this page carries no case study and no results figures of our own. We are not going to borrow a statistic from another industry and imply it is yours. What transfers is the work: per-office search visibility, agents that answer intake, and software that reads across offices. What does not transfer is proof.
We make no claim about case outcomes, and nothing we build should be used to make one. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or leads. Nobody credibly can. What we commit to is in writing: the work, the timeline, and the reporting. Attorney advertising rules vary by state and your firm remains responsible for compliance with its own; we will build to the constraints you give us.
Questions firms ask
Why does a firm with several offices still lose local search?
Google ranks each office separately in the local pack, weighing proximity, prominence and relevance for that specific Google Business Profile. A firm that is well known in its home city can be invisible two counties over because that profile has the wrong practice-area categories, stale hours or no recent reviews. The work is per-office and continuous, and it usually falls between a marketing director and whoever happens to manage each location.
Do people really use AI to find a lawyer?
Increasingly, for the first step. Nearly half of US adults now use AI tools to find or get recommendations for local businesses (BrightLocal, 2026; Yext, 2026). That measures local businesses generally, not legal services specifically, and we have no firm-level data of our own, so read it as a direction rather than a number for your market. What matters practically is that an assistant answering "employment lawyer near me" reads structured, consistent profile and site data, and most firms have never checked what it currently says about them.
What happens to intake calls nobody answers?
That is the gap a voice agent closes. A prospective client calling at seven in the evening, or while your intake coordinator is on another matter, reaches a system that answers, captures the facts you specify, runs your qualifying questions and books the consultation into the real calendar. It does not give legal advice and it does not decide whether to take a matter. It takes the call that currently becomes a voicemail the caller does not leave.
Does an AI agent create a conflict or confidentiality problem?
It is a real question and the answer is scope. An intake agent captures the same information a front-desk form captures, into your systems, and can be configured to collect only what you want collected before a human is involved. It does not run conflicts checks and it does not form a relationship with the caller. Where a firm wants intake data handled under specific controls, that is agreed in writing before any build starts. If a requirement is outside what we do, we will say so rather than accept it and improvise.
Do you replace our practice management system?
No. You keep Clio, MyCase, Filevine or whatever your firm already runs. We build the layer around it: visibility that fills the intake pipeline, agents that capture what it never sees, and reporting that reads across offices and practice areas. Where an integration is genuinely needed, we build it.
What does this cost?
Local SEO and AI search visibility is billed monthly by the number of offices: from $1,900/month for one or two offices and from $4,900/month for three to five, and six or more are quoted individually. Billed monthly, either with a one-time onboarding fee and the freedom to cancel any time, or as a 12-month commitment. An intake voice or chat agent is a fixed-fee build from $6,000, so cost does not scale per office. A dashboard or client portal across the firm starts at $15,000. You own the work you pay for: source code, content, profiles and logins.
