Every Rooftop Found. Every Lead Answered.

Dealer groups lose ups in two places: rooftops that never surface in local search, and high-intent calls that nobody picks up. We fix both, then build the reporting that shows which stores are actually returning.

What is multi-rooftop dealership marketing?

Multi-rooftop dealership marketing is the work of making every individual store findable and contactable in its own market, rather than marketing the group as one brand. Google ranks each rooftop separately in the local pack, weighing proximity, prominence and relevance for that specific profile, so a group with nine stores is competing in nine local markets at once, and often in three departments per store.

The failure is structural rather than creative. Group marketing owns the brand, general managers own the store, and nobody owns profile accuracy, review velocity or after-hours call handling across all of it. We build and run that missing layer, and where the group needs reporting that does not exist yet, we build that too.

What we run for you

Google Business Profile audit and governance for every rooftop
Department-level accuracy for sales, service and parts
NAP consistency and citation cleanup, rooftop by rooftop
Review generation and response workflows that survive staff turnover
Local pack and AI citation tracking, reported per rooftop
Voice and chat agents that answer, qualify and route by department
Missed-call recovery with routing by store and territory
Group reporting across lead source, spend and per-rooftop return

Where dealer groups lose ups

Three failures, each with a system that fixes it.

Half your rooftops are invisible

The flagship store ranks. The satellite lot does not. Local pack position is decided per rooftop on profile completeness, department accuracy, review velocity and proximity, and across a group nobody owns that work.

AI Search & Local Visibility

High-intent calls go to voicemail

A trade valuation, a specific VIN, a service booking. The highest-intent calls arrive while the floor is with a customer standing in front of them, and the next dealer answers instead.

AI Voice & Chat Agents

No per-rooftop economics

Sales in the DMS, leads in the CRM, spend in a third place. Answering "which rooftops are actually returning on marketing this month" takes a week of exports and a spreadsheet nobody trusts.

Operations Dashboards & Portals
Where we stand

We have not shipped for a dealer group yet

Our other vertical pages open onto a named client with numbers you can check. This one cannot, and we would rather say so than borrow an adjacent case study and let it read as automotive experience.

What is transferable is the work itself, which is mechanically the same. Eagle Repair Service Co. is a commercial service operator across 500+ locations: we built the site, a client portal, and a full QuickBooks API and Payments integration that replaced paper invoicing for more than 100 commercial accounts. Per-location visibility, call capture and operations software are the same three systems this page describes, pointed at a different industry.

If you are a dealer principal weighing this, the honest pitch is that you would be our first in the vertical, and priced and scoped accordingly. The audit is the low-risk way to find out whether the problem we describe is the problem you have.

Questions dealer principals ask

Have you worked with dealerships before?

Not yet, and we are not going to imply otherwise. We have no dealership clients and no automotive case study. What we have shipped is the same three systems this page describes, in other multi-location industries: per-location search visibility and review governance, voice and chat agents that answer and route what the floor cannot, and operations software that reads across sites. Eagle Repair Service Co. is the closest analogue, a commercial service operator across 500+ locations with a client portal and a full QuickBooks integration. Judge the transferability yourself rather than taking a claim we cannot back.

Why do dealer groups struggle with local search?

Each rooftop competes in its own local pack, and Google ranks them separately on proximity, prominence and relevance. A group can dominate its brand name and still lose the "used SUV near me" searches at half its stores, because those individual Google Business Profiles have wrong hours, missing departments, thin photos or no recent reviews. Service, parts and sales often need separate treatment on the same profile, which is work nobody at group level usually owns.

What happens to the calls we miss?

They go to the next dealer. Inbound calls to a dealership skew high-intent, a specific vehicle, a trade valuation, a service booking, and they arrive while the floor is busy with someone standing in front of them. An agent that answers every time, qualifies against live inventory rules and routes to the right department does not replace a salesperson; it stops the phone from being a lottery.

Do you replace our CRM or DMS?

No. You keep your DMS and your CRM, whatever the group has standardised on. We build the layer around them: visibility that fills the top of the funnel, agents that capture and qualify what the CRM never sees because nobody answered, and reporting that reads across rooftops. Where an integration is genuinely needed we build it, which is the same pattern we used for a full QuickBooks API and Payments integration on a commercial service client.

What does this cost?

Search visibility starts with an audit at $3,000, scored per rooftop, and moves to an ongoing retainer from $2,500 per month. A voice or chat agent is a fixed-fee build from $6,000 that you own outright, so cost does not scale per rooftop. A group reporting dashboard starts at $15,000.

How long before we see results?

The audit is one week. Profile, category and review work typically starts moving local-pack position within 60 to 90 days, because that is how long Google takes to trust the changes. An agent build deploys in 14 days and starts answering immediately, which is usually the fastest measurable win.
